Summer Fruit Smoothie

summer fruit smoothieThis beverage menu for vegetarian, it’s diet beverage and make you relaxing. That is delicious for everyone.

Ingredients for use vegan versions:

- 2 cans (16 ounces each) apricots
- peaches
- pears
- pineapple OR fruit cocktail: in any combination
- packed in lite or heavy syrup or juice*
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
-1 pint vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt or fruit sherbet

Preparation:

1.Drain the fruit, reserving 1 cup of the syrup or juice.
2.Purée the fruit with the reserved syrup and lemon juice in a blender.
3.Add the ice cream in small chunks, blending just until smooth.
4.Serve immediately in tall glasses with straws.
*Note: Choose syrup or juice depending upon your preference.

Preparation Time: Approximately 5 minutes

Cook Time: Approximately 5 minutes

Servings for: 4
