Wonderful Peach Mango Lassi smoothie
This beverage menu for vegetarian, it’s easy for cooking. Moreover, it low fat. And then you can use in period Kin Jay festival (from Chinese Festival).
Ingredients for use to vegan versions:
- 1 cup plain soy yogurt- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon rosewater (optional)
- 6 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoon peach
- 8 tablespoon mango pulp (best & easiest if canned)
How to prepare;
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds.2. For a thicker lassi, add more yogurts and a bit more mango and peach.
3. I never concern myself with exact measures.
4. Also, many people like to play with the amount of vegan sugar and mango to vary the sweetness- that is always good, but try it this way first.
Serves for: 2-3
